This improves both the dissolution rate and the bioavailability of the CBD. Our Lotions and Roll-On products utilize a CBD water soluble formula which is equal to five times the bioavailability of the same concentration of an oil-based product. The water-soluble tinctures are extremely fast acting! They start working immediately and you can expect full absorption in 15-20 minutes. Start by removing the cap and shake the roll-on before application. Our Cream is an oil- based product that will take up to an hour to reach full effectiveness and may last longer than the water-soluble products. Take them as needed just remember that it only takes a small amount to get the job done. Apply directly to the area that has pain or discomfort and rub in lightly. Spray two full sprays from the pump into your mouth.   To aid in absorption hold under your tongue for 60 seconds before swallowing.  This sublingual method is more efficient than just swallowing the oil for bioavailability.  Take them at the same time every day.   You can take two more full sprays from the pump as needed later in the day or before bed.   After several days if you are still not getting the relief desired, up the sprays to 3 or 4 pumps. You will need to give the spray pump a couple of full pumps to prime the pickup tube.  Pump the sprayer one to two full sprays into a small glass or cup then add   2-5 ounces of water, milk, orange juice or other preferred drink.  Stir them together and drink completely. This will mask the taste and make it more palatable while not changing the effect.  Since this is water soluble it will completely dissolve in the drink.  Take them at the same time every day.  You can take additional full sprays as needed later in the day or before bed.  After several days if you are still not getting the relief desired, up the sprays to 3 or 4 pumps.
